The Challenge

Complex Finances, at One Glance

The new version lets users see all their financial assets at a glance, while inviting them to discover options that suit them. Our challenge was to show complex financial hierarchies simply and directly, without overloading the user.

The Process

Creating a Modular System

We broke down every state a user can be in, and built one system that works for all of them. The biggest challenge was making it modular: very small components that still carry all the information users need.

The Strategy

Fast Money, Slow Money

“Fast money” is what you need quickly, like credit expenses and foreign currency. “Slow money” is long-term investments. The new financial assets carousel separates the two, and fits into the existing app without disrupting users’ habits.

Evolving with the Brand

Rebranding Max

As part of the rebrand team, I helped refresh Max’s visual language to match where the brand stands today: a popular company with products for every type of client.

Refreshing Illustrations

The brand’s refreshed look included creating about 80 illustrations that continue the brand’s fun look and feel.

Max Abroad

When going on a vacation, the user has different financial needs: foreign currency, expenses and insurance. To address these specific needs, we partnered with Max to establish a digital area that caters to clients seeking suggestions and solutions while planning their vacations. The challenge: how do we show all of these features without being too overwhelming, but still keep it light and fun?

The Solution

Putting features on a timeline

No Flight

That period when you dream about vacation. You explore your possibilities, fantasize about your next destination.

The Result

Changing the way clients go on vacation

We assembled the ideal resources tailored to suit specific requirements during each phase, resulting in a holistic experience that encompasses technical assistance during critical moments, vacation-related perks and special resources for the user.
